Here's how your SanFred order gets to your door.

Processing time

We prepare and ship orders within 1-2 business days.

Shipping area

We currently ship within the United States. If your address doesn't appear at checkout, email us at joselyne.barzallo@gmail.com and we'll let you know if we can reach you.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and shown before you confirm your order.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delays

During high-demand periods or due to causes beyond our control (carrier issues, weather), delivery times may extend slightly; we'll let you know if we notice any significant delay.
